Lion Buildings has three
types of Engineered Drawing Options:

Site-Specific Drawings

The prices for site-specific drawings vary based on design, size, and risk categories. If you have specific requirements or need a quote for a particular project, please reach out, and we can discuss the pricing details based on your project’s specifications.

This will include the customer’s name, address, local wind/snow loads, and exact building dimensions with door/window placements, allowing 3-4 weeks for completion.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE) LETTER

  • $400.00 (1 copy) by mail
  • A letter addressing any issues that are required by the building inspector
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for completion
